  • Medical Massage - Working under the direction of a physician, we address soft tissue injuries or chronic pain. (requires prescription, diagnosis and diagnosis code from physician or chiropractor)
  • Hospice Massage - Quality of life matters. Hospice Massage, providing comfort and dignity at the end of life, is a hands-on complementary approach for those in hospice and palliative care that enhances quality of life. Combining sensitive massage techniques, focused touch, one-on-one attention and communication skills can be highly effective for those in later life stages. The unconditional gift of touch acknowledges the individual's worth regardless of the condition of the body or mind, easing suffering on all levels.



  • Guided Relaxation Meditation - A deeply relaxing guided meGwn imagination to provide a deep sense of peace.
  • Mindfulness Meditation - Learn about mindfulness meditation, specific techniques, obstacles you may encounter and how to develop an at home practice.
  • Group Meditation - The synergy of practicing together is powerful. Come practice with us to engjoy a time of being present. A discussion follows the meditation. Watch for specific dates and times.

WFPB Nutrition Coaching


WFPB = Whole Food Plant Based

  •  The term “whole” in WFPB describes foods that come from plants and are minimally processed. This includes as many whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes as you want. It also includes, in moderation: nuts, seeds, avocados, natural sweeteners, and certain soy or wheat products that don’t contain added fat (e.g., tofu). 
  •  A WFPB is not a fad diet, it is a lifestyle founded in evidence based research. It’s simply a return to whole foods, rich flavors, and natural health. 
  • It's not just about weight loss. It is about health. The foods you eat can promote or inhibit health - from cancer to heart disease to aging.  Choose the foods that will promote health!
